35 TRREB districts, shared listings, blind deadline auctions. A property can only sell once.
Server-authoritative numbers
LTT and MLTT, CMHC premiums, the stress test, property tax, the LTB calendar: every figure is computed by a deterministic rules engine. Advisors only narrate.
Before launch
The market opens with season 1. Until then the game world is closed; sign-ups and the leaderboard go live with the first tick.
